Independent Ethical & Structural AI Review
An external analytical review of an AI system’s structure, decision logic, escalation pathways, and areas of foreseeable harm.
This service focuses on how a system is designed to operate, rather than on performance claims or marketing assertions.
Typically used where:
- an AI system is producing concerning or unexpected outcomes
- an organisation seeks an independent ethics or governance perspective
- a system is subject to internal review, regulatory attention, or public scrutiny
Deliverable:
A written analytical report describing observed structures, risks, and ethical considerations within the agreed scope. Outputs are explanatory and non-determinative.
Short-Form Analytical Review
A scoped, time-limited analytical review addressing a specific question or area of concern.
This format is typically used where:
- focused clarification is required
- a full audit would be disproportionate
- a secondary analytical perspective is sought by founders, researchers, or practitioners
Deliverable:
A concise written analysis addressing the defined scope, limitations, and interpretive considerations.
